💫 ABOUT: I am a mom of three, a pediatrician and a cofounder of MamaDoc Rx. We are the only pediatrician-mom owned kids health brand and the only evidence-based supplement brand for kids!
💪 MOTIVATION: I'm a pediatrician and a mom, helping kids stay healthy and thrive is my life's work! My co-founder Dr. Kristin and I didn't set out to be entrepreneurs, but we saw a need that we are uniquely qualified to fill.
At the heart of the MamaDoc Rx story are our exceptionally high standards for what we recommend for our patients and give our kids. In our clinic, we frequently heard from families who were interested in natural health solutions for their kids. Like many of our physician colleagues, we were initially hesitant to make recommendations because what was on the market lacked quality, safety, transparency, and scientific evidence. As we investigated further we found there is a growing body of research that supports the safety and health benefits of certain minerals and vitamins.
What started as a curious exploration of the science behind supplements and natural remedies became a passion project. We set out to create a higher standard for natural health supplements for kids and teens using the principles of evidence-based medicine. Our formulas use only high-quality natural ingredients, backed by science, nothing else. We leave out artificial flavors, sweeteners, colors, vague label terms, and unnecessary fillers.
Our goal is to be the go-to, trusted brand and resource that families and healthcare
professionals turn to for natural remedies and supplements.
🎁 GIVE: I'm a great hype woman and love networking and supporting other women entrepreneurs! We've learned a ton on our journey as co-founders and although the learning never stops, I love sharing my experience and the knowledge I've gained. I'm also always thrilled to give shout outs and increase visibility to other like-minded founders and brands!

In addition, in the near future we will be adding to our board and will be looking to connect with like-minded members that may be a good fit!
🎉 FUN FACT: I was a college swimmer and team captain and what started during early morning practices is to this day my signature way to jump into a chilly pool, which is a stunner of a belly flop!
