💫 ABOUT: I am a lifelong sports fan who has a BA in journalism and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to 5wins, I worked as a consultant in Washington, DC on a federal communications project. While at Washington Business Dynamics, I worked her way up from an associate to a team lead and the deputy communications director at the firm.

💪 MOTIVATION: My dad is a huge Wisconsin football fan. I got indoctrinated into the world of Wisconsin sports and became a Wisconsin volleyball fan. Beyond the Badger connection, it was the storytelling about the athletes and team that drew me in. Storytelling led me to follow athletes and teams across volleyball, and grew my interest in other women's college sports. But, that kind of storytelling was so rare, and I knew that other fans also wanted content, connection, and community. That is what led me to build 5wins - knowing that fans and athletes deserve better coverage.

🎁 GIVE: I'd like the connect with other founders! Building something is a challenge and can be isolating, and I want to be a person who others can lean on.
