Nadia Hansen

💫 ABOUT: Nadia Hansen is a dynamic force at the intersection of technology, leadership, and impact.

A former Chief Information Officer turned global executive at Salesforce, Nadia has spent her career breaking barriers and building bridges — from transforming government technology to leading AI-driven innovation across industries. Beyond the boardroom, she’s a founder, educator, and passionate advocate for creating pathways to success for underrepresented communities. Whether she’s teaching future business leaders, advising on AI governance, or building businesses from scratch, Nadia’s mission is clear: empower others to dream bigger, lead boldly, and leave a lasting legacy.

💪 MOTIVATION: I’ve always believed that technology isn’t just about systems — it’s about people. Early in my career, working in government, I saw firsthand how innovation could change lives when it was done right — and how much potential was wasted when it wasn’t. That lit a fire in me: I didn’t just want to work in tech, I wanted to lead transformation, especially in places that needed it most. That drive led me from public service to global tech leadership, teaching, founding businesses, and advocating for more inclusive pathways into innovation. Every step of my journey has been about one thing: building the future I wanted to see — and helping others build theirs too.

🎁 GIVE: I’d love to offer mentorship, strategic advice, and real-world insights on leadership, career transitions, AI innovation, and building businesses from the ground up. Whether it’s navigating tech careers, scaling ideas into impact, or stepping into leadership roles with confidence, I’m passionate about helping others unlock their full potential and dream bigger than they thought possible.

🙏 GET: I’m looking to partner with founders and organizations who are seeking strategic advisory support to help scale, grow, or innovate.
I’m especially interested in opportunities where I can bring my leadership, operational, and technology expertise to the table in an advisory or board capacity. I’m open to both short-term and ongoing engagements where real impact and collaboration are the focus.

🎉 FUN FACT: Hidden talent: Staying cool under pressure — I was once a contestant on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and loved every minute of it.

🗞️ NEWS: I’m currently expanding my work in AI innovation, leadership advising, and workforce development — helping organizations and communities navigate the future of technology.
I recently launched a design company, am growing my AI consulting practice, and am passionate about building more inclusive pathways into tech and leadership. Lots of exciting projects ahead!

💡 TIPS & TRICKS: One of the biggest lessons from my career and advisory journey is this: your value isn’t just what you know — it’s how you show up. Boards and leadership teams aren’t just looking for expertise; they’re looking for people who bring clarity, courage, and solutions. I’ve learned that asking the right questions often matters more than having all the answers — and that consistent, thoughtful leadership builds influence faster than any title ever could.
Also: Never underestimate the power of relationships. Every major opportunity in my journey came from authentic connections, not just resumes or accolades.
