💪 MOTIVATION: My decades of experience launching breakthrough neuroscience innovations at Johnson & Johnson and Grünenthal Pharmaceutical exposed me to a critical gap that became impossible to ignore: I witnessed firsthand the devastating gap between technological advancement and meaningful patient outcomes, particularly in neurodegenerative conditions where families desperately needed solutions that went beyond traditional pharmaceutical approaches. This disconnect between technological advancement and human-centered impact drove me to establish Melosia, with my Co-Founder we are applying my proven expertise in translating complex medical innovations into AI-enabled technological solutions, but with a fundamentally different purpose: creating a MedTech platform that could deliver not just smart care, but truly compassionate care for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients and their families.
