Pitch, Please!

This is a safe space and a wonderful way to workshop a pitch.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

For Founders:

In order to pitch, you must have at least one listing in the board seat exchange for an advisor or board director.

Come prepared with:

  • a 4 min formal pitch presentation, like your company's life depends on it! You never know who will be in the room. Do not include slides with your your fundraise ask because there may also be attendees that are not accredited investors.

  • the link to your company profile in the platform. You will be asked to drop it in the event chat.

More:

  • You may share your screen to present your deck (optional)

  • Be prepared to answer at least 2 questions from the moderators and/or the audience

  • We’ll accommodate as many pitches as time allows.

  • Bring your ASK: You will have everyone's attention so take advantage and ask for what you need i.e advice, referrals or resources and if you are looking for an advisor, this is a great time to let that be known.

*We’ll accommodate as many pitches as time allows. Pitch slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon joining the meeting, type "I'd like to pitch" in the chat to secure your spot on the list.

For Attendees:

  • You will get a chance to provide constructive feedback and ask general questions through the meeting chat. Questions about fundraising? Keep them private, not in the open forum.

  • If you’d like to connect with a founder, please send them a private message via chat or through our platform.

Please note, since our audience includes members from all backgrounds—not just accredited investors — startups will focus on their vision and innovations rather than financials or fundraising specifics.

Let’s create an engaging learning environment for all!
